If you have some spare time there are many task to undertake at the Laithwaite Community Stadium please contact Dave.Curtis@wokingfc.co.uk and offer your help. Some have already done work and been rewarded with a barbeque! The barbeque was kindly sponsored by Prince & Sons Butchers and Boz’s Fruit & Veg.
We hope you are keeping well in the current difficult circumstances and we look forward to the time when we can resume normal football games. It is the time of year for us to ask you if you would kindly renew your membership.
In view of the current circumstances, the easiest way to renew would be for you to use our website http://www.cardstrust.co.uk/. Your account has already been set up so you will need to login, which may mean updating the password if you haven’t done that yet. If you have any problems with this, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can pay either by Paypal or by using your credit card (Paypal acts as the processor for the credit card). You can also choose to make an automatic renewal via Paypal/Credit Card, which is a convenient alternative to starting a Standing Order, as this saves you time each year and saves us administration, we hope that you will be able to use this method of payment!
If you prefer to pay by cheque or cash, please download the application form, complete it and return it to us at the above address with your remittance and a stamped addressed envelope, so we can forward to you our confirmation of receipt and your new membership card. Postage costs are a significant part of our expenses, so we really appreciate your assistance in helping us keep these costs down, and thus provide more funds to Woking F.C.
We are pleased to confirm that this year’s membership fees are the same as last year.
Trust members can receive 10% discount in the Club Shop for clothing on production of their valid membership card, but please note that this discount does not apply to online sales. We have undertaken a major revamp to our website, so to keep up with Cards Trust news and events please check out our site at http://www.cardstrust.co.uk/

Guildford Railway Station is shut between 11pm Christmas Eve and pm 30th December for essential bridge repairs. This will affect fans travelling by rail from Guildford, Godalming, Haslemere etc. to games.
We would like to invite all Woking supporters to a special pre-Christmas Fans’ Forum on Thursday 19th December. This will be hosted by the Cards Trust and will include a presentation of the plans for the new stadium, changes that have been made and an opportunity to hear how we can engage and support proposals.
Dowse will also pop down after training to give his thoughts on the new year and how we as fans can help him.
The plan is to have the club shop open before the meeting, which will be at 7.30pm in the Cardinals Bar, so you will have a chance for last minute presents!
We would like to thank Woking supporters for their unbelievable generosity as we collected for the hospital visits on Saturday. £743 was collected which is tremendous – almost double our regular amount.
Thank you to John Greenwood, Mark Smith, compere Adam and chef David Hall for a very well supported evening’s fun that was enjoyed by about 100 guests. The questions were challenging and final points total very close.
At the end of the evening John advised that £1,000 had been raised for Dowse’s playing budget.
A great evening and thank you to everyone special mention to Debbie and her team. John & Mark are now looking ahead to March when they hope to run a Race Night.
More to follow in the New Year.
