Cards Trust AGM
Before that, we have heard the excellent news that Dowse will be talking on the Zoom-based Cards Trust AGM on Wednesday 9th at 7:30pm. Those that came to the AGM last year will remember that Dowse was both more candid than in his weekly talks and added some great anecdotes to his talk.
Zoom Invitatiions to paid-up members of the Trust will go out on Tuesday 8th December. If you don't get one by 6:00pm on Tuesday, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort it out for you. If you don't have Zoom access or only have limited bandwidth, you can still use a dial-in number from a phone to take part. Details will be in the invitation. Ideally, log on at least 5 minutes before the start in case of any glitches and if you have any problems connecting, contact email@example.com.
Player of the Month
There is still time to vote for Player of the Month for November. There are three players in the running so far. Votes can be submitted until Friday evening.
The Club is running a Christmas Charity appeal for toys, food deliveries and hampers for the community. This year we won’t have the benefit of a bucket collection among the fans so Ian Nicholson, the Club Chaplain, is doing a Go Fund Me appeal. Can you help by
