Voluntary Support at Home Matches

Cardinals in the Community (CITC) support of Mascots and Club Visits

For this season CITC requires volunteers to assist with providing tours to local clubs and looking after Mascots on matchdays. There will be a local club attending each Saturday match day but Mascots will not be every game.

Club visits will require a short tour of the changing rooms and boardroom, organising ball collectors and a guard of honour onto the pitch.

Mascots will also require a tour, some warm up time on the pitch with the players and then assistance in leading the team out with the Captain.

Woking FC support as Supporters Return

With the return of supporters the Football Club is creating a ā€œfanzoneā€. This will provide an area for supporters to enjoy a family atmosphere before watching the match. Within the zone, we will provide activities for the children, spot the ball, wordsearches etc as well as other physical challenges such as the number of touches on a ball in 1 minute.

There will also be a designated  area for a nominated charity  to provide information on services they provide in the local community; there will also be an opportunity to donate.

A volunteer is required to provide materials to children to complete activities and record scores of any challenges

We require volunteers to oversee this area and if  there are a number of individuals interested, this could be completed on a rota basis.

Information will be provided before completing the first session.
